TEST RIDE HONDA DIRT BIKE

I had the good fortune to travel this weekend to upstate New York and visit with my wife's family at her Cousin's Reunion. The Ride to The Castskills was great. Just about four hours, sunny weather, great roads, no traffic and no construction.
On day two of the reunion, after an Irish night of beer, music and jigs, we hit the bikes and the fields. I started with the HONDA Dirt Bike. Check out these photos and my review below.
HONDA TEST RIDE - TAKE 1

FRONT TIRE IN THE AIR - So Far this is good

Are you getting the big picture here...............?

Yup, kiddie bike

Complete with a
SHUT UP AND RIDE
sticker

On the road
or in the field

This bike had a surprising amount of giddy-up. Climbing hills at max speed you needed to either stand, lean forward or throw your feet out and pump "Flintstone Style" but other than that - great fun.

HONDA DIRT BIKE TEST RIDE
All Indications say this is a two thumbs up Winner!
The most fun you can have on 70 ccs!

SHUT UP AND RIDE

Just SHUT UP AND RIDE !
Shut up and ride is what I usually say to my wife. But it was the theme this past weekend at the BMW RA RALLY in Pownal Vermont. We had about 1,500 riders register and great weather for camping! A bit of rain, but only at night and just enough to keep the course from drying out. Here's Scott before the get-offAnd here is Scott after...........Yes, that's a cast!

My wife, Julie even hit some bumps on the Honda XL230 (her sister's).

Here I am on one of MAX's GX 450! Nice ride and lots of fun on the soft track.

Here's the track in the background.

You can see some choose to camp right on the track. They must have set up at night and not realized how close they were to all the action.

Makes me want to buy one..................................................
Special thanks to MAX's BMW we had a blast on the rally course and the
GX 450's MAX provided!
THANK YOU THANK YOU!
